I ran into Frank today at Decompression, and I asked him what he thought about the debates. He said that Kerry was guiltied of backroom dealings with the CIA and Warner Brothers, but according to the twelve galaxies and the 130 galaxies (which I had never heard him speak of before) Kerry was going to win the election.
So there you have it, Frank says Kerry is going to win. Fancy that!

Tue, October 12, 2004 - 10:04 AMHe explained this to me once. There aqre 130 galaxies total, give or take a few. Our galaxy is one of the 130. 118 galaxies are neutral and have never seen the film. the remaining 12 are unknowingly part of the conspiracy that owes Frank ~20 billion US dollars.
It's a big misconception that the 12 galaxies are bad or evil. They are neither bad nor good. They paid the CIA and ex-president proceeds from the movie. It is guiltied people here on earth that ripped Frank off. -
