How does he know about all the cool (and Qool) events in SF?
Does he scour the SF Weekly? Does he spend hours researching which events will be cool or newsworthy?
Cuz everywhere I go, Frank Chu is almost sure to be.

How does Frank now the word on the street
Wed, March 9, 2005 - 9:26 PMWhen I see Frank on the Street he asks me what is going on.
He then chooses the most happening event and the one where he can get on the open mike and present his case for the impeachments.
He has shown up to events in the Sunset but not often.
He will probably be at Happy Hour tomorrow. -
